Inventory

FDI will grade your inventory, document your existing equipment with asset tags, supply cut sheets and determine how to best dispose of equipment, if necessary. After the inventory is complete, FDI will suggest best equipment replacement options.

 

Master Procurement Scheduling

A Master Procurement Schedule establishes when equipment should be procured and provides an Opinion of Probable Cost to help manage the equipment budget. The schedule also charts when vendors should be brought in to service equipment prior to activation. Our deep understanding of equipment across the medical spectrum, and relevant standards, helps determine a reality-based schedule for equipment needs.

We are an extension of your staff, adhering and complying with your Standards Of Procedure (SOPs) and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) protocols. Our team will conduct extensive research to optimize your budget to the greatest possible extent.
